If your WMF, SILIT or Kaiser products require warranty service, please contact our Customer Service Department at [email protected] or phone (800) 966-3009 for warranty evaluation and authorization number . Following approval of your claim, WMF, Silit or Kaiser agrees to repair or replace the product at no charge. If the replacement product is no longer in production, it will be given another of equal or greater retail value.
Sending with a freight forwarding agency
WMF Americas Group Inc. is not responsible for damaged or missing an order if sent using a freight forwarding agency product parts. All warranties are void when a freight forwarding agency is used and items are shipped in a secondary shipping abroad. If you have used an agency freight, please make sure your agent in the agency freight inspects products damage / defects or missing items and reports that within 24 hours of the delivery date WMF Americas Group Inc. agency freight. Once the product leaves the US, all responsibility is abandoned by WMF Americas Inc.
Keep in mind:
WMF Americas Group Inc. will not accept returns from outside the United States and will not send replacement products outside the United States. We will not issue refunds or store credits for items that are shipped using a freight forwarding agency.
Our return policy is that items can be returned unused within 21 days from the date of original shipment. If you are using a freight forwarding agency, this means that the 21 days begins the day the package reaches the freight agency and can only be returned to the agency freight.
