If you receive your purchase and decide that you no longer need to take whatever reason, they can be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
If you receive your product and identify that there is a manufacturing defect with the product, then you are entitled to return the defective product within 30 days of buying it.

BEAM cover the cost of returning the goods. You will receive a full refund of the price of goods (including costs of delivering the goods to you) within 30 days of notification that BISSELL Careline consumer no longer needs the goods.
Note that we will continue to deduct the installment payments on your credit / debit card until the returned product is received by lightning. You must take reasonable care to ensure not damaged until they are returned to the beam goods. The use of products before returning within the allotted day 14 not constitute reasonable care of them. If you use the products before returning them to us, you are responsible for reconditioning costs us these goods. Beam can offset the cost of restoring the property to the amounts paid for the goods, including any applicable VAT payable, if the products are used before being returned under this clause. This does not affect your statutory rights.
