Any laptop that has been upgraded from the base / action unit has 30 calendar days from the date of original shipment to an email to the Service Department Xotic PC ([email protected]) for receiving an authorization number return merchandise (RMA) which must appear on all communications on the returned product, and on the outside of the shipping container.
You must ship the products within 5 days of receiving your RMA number Xotic PC in its original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during transport. You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the disks has not been opened.
Returned products must be in such perfect condition and all manuals, disks, power cables, and other items included with the product should be returned to him.
Returns for external accessories purchased with laptops must be returned unopened and in their original retail package to be eligible for reimbursement.
