What is the return policy?
Our return and exchange policy gives you 30 days refunds and exchanges.
Returned items must be received in brand new condition with all tags still attached and used original packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice shipping along with a note indicating whether it is a return or exchange (please note the item you want to receive in return) and send it to the following address:

You are responsible for all costs of returning the item (s) back to us. You may want to insure the package as it is not responsible for lost mail. All exchanges please include $ 5.00 for shipping. If the item to be received in exchange a higher priced item, please include that difference as well. Please include your phone number if you want to be contacted to charge the costs of changing your credit card. Checks can be made out to 'The Pashmina Store. If the item received in return is lower price, it will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
