What carrier do you use?
The Sak purchases are shipped via UPS. As a result, we can not ship orders to APO / FPO, PO Box mailing address and rural routes. Neither ship internationally yet.
What is the deadline for sending Sak?
Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST usually ship the same business day. Shipping may be different on days during national holidays. Processing Time: Orders received and approved before 2:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time usually ship the same business day. Orders received after the closing time will be delivered by the end of the next business day. Please note all orders are made pending verification of credit card and inventory availability. International Shipping: We currently do not ship to addresses outside the United States.
A Policy of return?
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please initiate a return or exchange within 30 days sent the order. If you are beyond 30 days, but within one year from the date of purchase, and the product is defective, you can return the goods for store credit. This credit will be issued in the form of a promotional code and can only be applied to goods in thesak.com costs (credits can not be applied to shipping costs). And because we want you to be 100% happy, we will cover the cost of return shipping if our shipping label is used.
