What is Cancellation Policy at NIOD?

NIOD supports order cancellations now, but you must request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order and within their service hours (Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5pm ET/GMT). NIOD is offering gift cards in values of $25.00, $50.00, $75.00, $100.00 to $300.00. Currently, there is no physical form for their digital gift cards. You can buy gift cards to give to your friends, or you can buy digital gift cards for yourself to use later. One digital gift card can be used per order. Any remaining balance of the order can be processed using other accepted payment methods.
