• All returns must have the RMA number visible on the outside of the package or processing will be delayed.
• New merchandise must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase. The goods must be returned in unmarked package and in good original condition in which it was received. If you find the goods or packaging to be worn or damaged, the return will be subject to a restocking fee. This rate is calculated based on the amount of damage to the packaging / product.
• All bills paid by credit card will be credited to the original credit card used for purchase. All bills paid with cash, money order or check will be returned by company check. Under certain circumstances, a store credit can be issued.
• warranty issues are handled directly by the respective manufacturers. LWD is not responsible for providing a refund or exchange for products manufactured by another company.
• LWD parties will not be accepted for return / exchange until they are inspected by a gunsmith LWD.
