We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept return items 30 days from the date of shipment that have not been opened or used. Refunds are granted for the purchase price of the product (minus a restocking fee of 15%), minus the cost of shipping. Products which have been opened, used, or are not in resealable conditions are not eligible for a refund. All orders that are returned or refunded for any reason regardless of time will incur a restocking fee of 15%.
Any problems or problems with orders not arrive on time they should be reported to our Customer Service [email protected] within the date of dispatch of the order 60 days. Orders that are not reported within 60 calendar days from the date of shipment will not be eligible for reimbursement.
