Only products purchased online directly from the official website of Element can be returned. The goods must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. All labels must be present and in tact. Goods listed as FINAL SALE cannot be refunded. Shipping costs incurred at the time of settlement will not be refunded.

Does Element offer warranty service?

Element guarantees that all clothing purchased from an authorized dealer is free from material or processing defects within 90 days from the date of original purchase.
