Sydney Coleman
Sydney Coleman has been a staff writer for the C&G for three years, covering social issues such as homelessness and representation in the media. As a proud member of the Class of 2015, Sydney is excited to work with the newly expanded C&G staff before she leaves. Other than journalism, Sydney keeps up with all things pop-culture (especially in the music industry), is an avid popcorn eater and Peace Tea-drinker. Plus, you'll be hard pressed to find her without a pack of Twizzlers. Sydney's true passion is in creative writing, she has written three novels and is currently working on the fourth. For her last year on staff, Sydney hopes to make sure all the younger journalists become confident in their writing and design skills. If she shows them anything, she wants them to know that their voices are valuable and deserve to be heard.
