On Xcaret, cancellations made more than 2 days in advance will be subject to a 10% administrative fee; from 2-0 days or no-shows, no refunds will be given for bookings. Packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable. To cancel, you must email them and the cancellation will be compensated according to the payment method. Once you book and pay, you cannot change entrances, activities and/or tours. Optional activities are non-refundable.
