HOW Return a Product
SKLZ accept returns of all products purchased within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Please send the product to the address below with a copy of the original order or receipt information, and a brief note to include your contact information. Repackage the item (s) you want to return safely in the original product packaging, if possible. If you use a carrier of your choice, it is recommended that yields will be sent by a secure and traceable method. If the item was purchased directly from our website, please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt and processing for issuing a refund back on your credit card. If the product was purchased from a third party, please allow 8-10 weeks from the time our facility receives the packet for processing.
