Orders qualify for free shipping promotions they will be shipped at no cost to you via ground delivery. We reserve the option to determine how specific shipment.
Returns
Return shipping costs for items not specifically covered under the warranty coverage or otherwise damaged or defective way will be deducted from any refund given.

Jomashop provides insurance coverage for each item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.
National shipping outside the Contiguous
Orders intended for delivery in the United States, however, outside the 48 contiguous states (eg, Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO) will be shipped via ground delivery. APO or FPO strictly require us to ship via the US Postal Service.
The shipping and delivery problems
If a command sent is lost or damaged, the carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact Jomashop to start a tracer within 10 days of shipping items from our store. If the package can not be located, the carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims may take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier is attributed liability for loss or damage of your item (s) shipped, insurance reimbursement will be issued to Jomashop, and the element (s) replacement will be shipped out. If the item (s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Jomashop gladly refund your original payment.
