What is IGA PASS's cancellation policy?

If you decide to cancel or reschedule your reservation with IGA PASS, you must notify them in writing by email within 24 hours of flight departure. If you do not put your cancellation or reschedule in writing within 24 hours, they will not issue a refund. If your flight is canceled or unable to fly, you must also inform them by email 24 hours before departure so that follow-up services can be provided.

What methods of payment does IGA PASS accept?

Although IGA PASS provides a variety of services, they currently only provide a unified payment method, that is, payment can only be made by credit card.
