This shipping option is delivery on the sidewalk, and includes delivery to your home.
Within free standard delivery
This option includes shipping delivery to your home and set location within the house. When delivery is attempted also includes a flight of stairs reasonable either outside or inside the house.
Why is not my order qualifies for free shipping?
Your order may not be entitled to the following reasons:
It is a special order.
Item is shipped directly from the manufacturer no B & H.
The item is out of stock or backordered.
Item particular qualities such as size, weight, type of material things or other disqualifying.
Return an item in person
You may return an item to our Returns Department at our New York Superstore. Our returns department is located on 34th Street, next to the main entrance of the Superstore.
Eligibility conditions
Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, B & H reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a minimal restocking fee of 15%. All returned items must be in perfect condition, in its original box without altering (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packaging materials, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. B & H only the original purchase price will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable.
