While baking a cake is always fun, sometimes you don’t even need to open up an oven to make a delicious dessert. With a perfect mix of Cool Whip, and Graham Crackers, this treat will have you craving more. Find out how to make chocolate eclair in just 5 easy steps…
-3 cups of milk
-2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding
-8 0z (1 tub) of Cool Whip
-3/4 cup of chocolate chips
-3 tablespoons of butter
1) For the base, mix together the 2 boxes of vanilla pudding, and 3 cups of milk in a bowl. Once mixed, add in the cool whip
2) Place Graham Crackers along the bottom of a 9×13 in pan. Then spread half of the pudding mixture over it. Repeat again and top it off with a final layer of Graham Crackers
3) For the topping melt the chocolate chips with the butter on a stove (low power). Careful not to burn the chocolate otherwise you will have to start over. For a thinner consistency, add more butter. Spread across the top layer of Graham Crackers.
