5 Easy Steps to Making Chocolate Eclair

While baking a cake is always fun, sometimes you don’t even need to open up an oven to make a delicious dessert. With a perfect mix of Cool Whip, and Graham Crackers, this treat will have you craving more.  Find out how to make chocolate eclair in just 5 easy steps…

Make sure to have all of your ingredients!

Ingredients:

Base:

-Graham Crackers

-3 cups of milk

-2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding

-8 0z (1 tub) of Cool Whip

Topping:

-3/4 cup of chocolate chips

-3 tablespoons of butter

Directions:

1) For the base, mix together the 2 boxes of vanilla pudding, and 3 cups of milk in a bowl. Once mixed, add in the cool whip

The pudding mix should be fluid, but not liquid

2) Place Graham Crackers along the bottom of a 9×13 in pan. Then spread half of the pudding mixture over it. Repeat again and top it off with a final layer of Graham Crackers

Try to spread it as evenly as possible. It’s ok if the crackers don’t cover the mix

3) For the topping melt the chocolate chips with the butter on a stove (low power). Careful not to burn the chocolate otherwise you will have to start over. For a thinner consistency, add more butter. Spread across the  top layer of Graham Crackers.

4) Refrigerate

The longer refrigerated, the better.

5) Enjoy!

It doesn't have to look perfect, but it'll taste perfect.

You can serve with fruit too!
